Commissionaires has been around for many years and has been perceived as a government organization, employing aging and retired veterans to deliver their security guarding services.  To grow as a company and increase revenues they needed to reposition themselves as a progressive, vibrant, private, for-profit company, providing the greatest reach and breadth of services through unified locations across the country.  Internally they needed to move from being operations and government contract centric, to sales, marketing and service centric.
